Bio: I often wonder what it means to feel safe in our relationships — with others, and with ourselves. As an immigrant Vietnamese woman, I understand how our early experiences, cultural expectations, and family dynamics can quietly shape how we connect, love, and protect ourselves. We may find ourselves repeating patterns we don’t fully understand — longing for closeness, yet unsure how to reach for it.

My therapy approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment research. Emotions are not problems to fix, they are important signals guiding us toward what we need — connection, safety, and understanding. Together, we will gently explore the patterns that show up in your relationships, uncover the deeper emotions underneath them, and create space for new ways of relating.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting you in navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and moments of disconnection. Whether you are feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, distance, or self-doubt, we can move at a pace that feels safe for you.

I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome — your story, your culture, your relationships, and your emotions. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
