Bio: Going through a difficult or uncertain period can feel isolating, and it’s not always easy to slow down and care for your mental health in the midst of it. Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. I work alongside clients as they navigate challenges, transitions, and healing, offering guidance and support in a way that feels collaborative and grounded.

I bring years of experience working with children and youth in school and community settings, along with my lived experience as a second-generation Filipino-Canadian. This shapes how I understand identity, culture, and the many layers that influence each person’s story. In our work together, I approach clients with curiosity and without judgment. Drawing from attachment and trauma informed frameworks and other evidence based approaches, I tailor therapy to each individual, recognizing that no two people experience life in the same way.

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuine. A place where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I value empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, and I would be honoured to support you as you move forward in your journey.
