Annie grew up between Taipei, Los Angeles, and Vancouver. Before becoming a counsellor, she spent over a decade building a career in the corporate world. Her personal struggles during early years of parenthood initiated a path of healing and shifted her focus in life. This led her to transitioning into this career where she can support others in navigating their own stories with care, curiosity, and a belief in their strength.
She specializes in working with adults from BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ communities looking for an affirming space to explore their identities, navigate relationships and personal challenges. She also works with young couples to strengthen communication and deepen their desire to connect. Much of her work is rooted in inner-wisdom, compassion and self- expansion, where she will hold space for growth and change that is not prescribed, but co-created.
Annie believes in the inherent strength and profound capacity for growth that lives within each of us. She offers a space rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for the human experience, where clients can feel safe to explore their patterns and gain better understanding of themselves. Annie is bilingual and speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
