Bio: I’m a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) and EMDR clinician providing virtual therapy to individuals and couples. I specialize in working with people navigating intergenerational trauma, low self-worth, identity struggles, and relationship challenges.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experience as a first-generation Korean-Canadian. Growing up, I often felt caught between cultures—trying to meet others’ expectations while carrying the unspoken weight of family and inherited trauma. These early experiences gave me a deep understanding of how our past can quietly shape our present and inspired my commitment to helping others heal and reconnect with themselves.

In our work together, I aim to offer a warm, non-judgmental, and culturally humble space where all parts of you are welcome. I integrate a trauma-informed approach with EMDR and other evidence-based modalities to support your unique healing process. Whether you’re working through deep-rooted patterns or seeking clarity in your relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect.
