Bio: You might be the person others rely on—the one who keeps things moving and gets things done. On the outside, it can look like you’re managing just fine, but inside you may feel overwhelmed, drained, or unsure of what you need.

As a child of immigrants, a parent, and a professional, I know how the weight of cultural expectations, societal pressures, and personal experiences can sometimes feel overwhelming.

I work with people who are carrying a lot—juggling family, work, and constant expectations—and want a supportive space to slow down, talk openly, and focus on themselves again.

We’ll start by talking about what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to change. I use research-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thinking patterns, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to process past trauma, mindfulness techniques to manage stress, and attachment-based strategies to improve relationships.

From there, we’ll deepen your connection to yourself and your own needs, develop coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and build routines that support your wellbeing.

If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
