Bio: Over the last sixteen years, Tania has devoted her academic and professional pursuits to understanding and leading initiatives that improve the capacity of organizations; more specifically, she has focused on maximizing the effectiveness of people and processes in large corporations.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Studies, a masters degree in Public Administration and has received national awards for her research on corporate entrepreneurship. In addition, Tania is a Certified Executive Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Lumina Learning Practitioner that works with individuals and teams to improve their productivity and personal effectiveness.
As an Executive Coach, Tania has been described as a passionate listener who standing in the greatness of others and leads with her own unique brand of gravitas. She believes deeply in the unseen potential of people and conveys this belief in how she leads, how she listens, and how she coaches.
