Bio: Hii there, my name is Penelope (she/they).
I offer online therapy for Black, racialized, queer, and gender-diverse adults who are carrying the impacts of racism, gendered violence, burnout, relational stress, and identity-based harm. If you’re tired of explaining yourself just to be understood, this space is for you.
As a Black non-binary lesbian, I bring both lived and professional understanding of how systems shape our nervous systems, relationships, and sense of self. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and have over five years of experience supporting survivors of gendered violence, QTBIPOC individuals, immigrants, activists, and community organizers.
Our work can be a place to slow down, untangle what feels heavy, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with your sense of agency and self-trust. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, collaborative, and grounded in warmth.
If you’re ready — or even just curious — I would be honored to support you.
