Bio: Heya! I’m Adrianne Yiu, an Inclusive Leadership Coach and Organizational Change Consultant. I’m also a 2nd-gen Chinese immigrant and settler on Treaty 13 Territory (Toronto). After 10+ years of making systemic change in non-profit, government, corporate and tech, I realized the true cost of leading within systems that aren’t created for you. Entrepreneurship was never part of my plan but healing helped me listen to my intuition. So I built what I wish I had in my career – a space to honour my humanity as a woman of colour.
As a Professional Certified Coach, I now support racialized leaders across the world who want to lead with more intention and less domination. Whether it’s 1:1 leadership coaching, career coaching, group coaching, organizational change consulting or leadership workshops, I offer trauma-informed spaces and experiences to help racialized women and non-binary leaders access their power – so that we can collectively build the world we deserve.
