I work with people who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and relationship difficulties. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet find themselves questioning their decisions, putting others’ needs ahead of their own, or feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand.
I’m particularly interested in the experiences of BIPOC individuals navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and the tension between who they’ve been expected to be and who they want to become. For children of immigrants, questions around belonging, responsibility, guilt, and boundaries can be especially complicated.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, I’m interested in helping you understand how your experiences and relationships have shaped the way you see yourself and relate to others. I believe that developing this understanding can create room for meaningful change.
I bring warmth, openness, and thoughtful challenge to our work together. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can explore different parts of yourself, question patterns that no longer serve you, and begin making choices that feel more aligned with who you are.
