I have a particular interest in supporting mothers, parents, and individuals navigating cultural and intergenerational differences. Whether you’re adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum life, experiencing parental burnout, struggling with family boundaries, or exploring your identity, my goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate ACT, IFS, CBT, and mindfulness to help you better understand your emotions, develop meaningful coping strategies, and create changes aligned with your values.
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where you don’t need to have all the answers. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I offer virtual therapy across Ontario and in-person sessions in Markham, in English and Hindi. I welcome you to connect for a free 15-minute consultation.
