I believe that meaningful change happens through connection. Together, we explore the emotional and relational patterns that may leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or misunderstood. I support clients in developing greater self-awareness and emotional regulation, strengthening communication, and creating more secure and meaningful connections with themselves and others.
Having lived in India, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Canada, I bring a personal understanding of how culture, identity, family expectations, migration, and belonging can shape our emotional experiences and relationships. I particularly welcome clients who are navigating the intersection of relationships, family, and culture.
I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) and have completed advanced training in Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) – Externship & Core Skills, as well as training in Emotionally Focused Therapy Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). My work is grounded primarily in an attachment and Emotionally Focused Therapy lens, while integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and somatic approaches according to each client’s needs.
My role is to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect while helping you better understand the patterns beneath your struggles and move toward greater emotional wellbeing, connection, and meaningful change.
