Bio: Hello! I’m Sunaina. I’m passionate about helping people feel more understood, connected, and confident in themselves and their relationships.

Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck in the same patterns, overthinking everything, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling like something isn’t quite right. You don’t need to have it all figured out before coming to therapy. Sometimes, you just need a space to slow down, talk things through, and make sense of what’s going on.

In our sessions, there’s room to talk, process, vent, laugh, and be yourself. I like to look a little deeper, not only at what you’re feeling, but at what might be underneath it and the experiences or patterns that may be shaping how you feel today.

I support clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship and attachment struggles, self-esteem, family dynamics, life transitions, and a desire to better understand themselves.

While having a space to talk is important, I also want therapy to make a difference in your everyday life. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful changes you can carry with you outside of our sessions.

Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like yours, and for you to feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

I’m currently offering **affordable counselling sessions ranging from $30–$50**, with the hope of making therapy a little more accessible.

If you’re wondering if we might be a good fit, I’d love to meet you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels right.
