Bio: I believe therapy can be a space where you do not have to leave important parts of yourself at the door. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, identity, and the impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where we can make sense of what you are experiencing and identify ways of moving forward that feel meaningful to you.

My approach begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship and taking the time to understand you and what brings you to therapy. From there, we work together to better understand the patterns affecting you, develop practical ways of responding to challenges, and identify changes that align with what matters to you. I tailor therapy to each person, taking into account the broader context of their life and experiences rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

I have a particular interest in working with Black and racialized clients and providing a space where culture and identity can be meaningfully incorporated into therapy. I welcome conversations about the ways that race, family, community, spirituality, migration, and other aspects of your lived experience may shape how you understand yourself and the concerns that bring you to therapy.

Services:
– I currently provide psychotherapy to adults through the Oakville Centre for Cognitive Therapy, with in-person and virtual services available.
– I also provide virtual psychodiagnostic assessments through Layla Care. I will be offering ADHD assessments at a later date.
* My clinical services are provided under the supervision of registered psychologists.
