I’m a queer and trans non-binary person of colour of Arab descent. My practice is explicitly grounded in anti-oppressive and decolonial frameworks. I provide an aligned, safe container where your lived experience, in all its complexity, can be held, explored and understood. Whether you are navigating childhood or systemic trauma, chronic anxiety, burnout, grief, depression, major life transitions, or relationship struggles, I am here to support you. We will work holistically, at a pace that honours your capacity and your history.
Talk therapy alone isn’t always enough to resolve deep-seated wounds. Unprocessed stress and trauma live in our nervous systems. To help you heal at the root level, I am trained in an integrative approach that incorporates relational, somatic, internal family systems, EMDR and attachment-based modalities. I adapt this approach to suit each client’s individual needs or concerns. I have experience working with clients from a diverse range of identities and communities and offer a holistic lens when approaching any topic.
I offer a space for deep listening, reflection, and a place to cultivate the skills needed to create change and develop new possible ways of being. Feel free to contact me for a free 30 minute consultation to assess if we would be a good fit.
