Bio: I’m a counsellor offering a relational, trauma-informed, somatic, and client-led approach to therapy. As a queer, Indigenous Australian, I understand healing happens within social, cultural, and relational contexts. My work is informed by attachment theory, parts work, and decolonial perspectives. I support people navigating grief, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, including end-of-life experiences and bereavement. I aim to offer a grounded, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome.

I offer relational somatic therapy grounded in attachment theory, parts work, and nervous system awareness. Together we can explore trauma, grief, identity, relationships, and life transitions while building greater self-trust, emotional resilience, and connection to your body and inner knowing.

Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck. You don’t have to move through it alone. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can slow down, feel deeply witnessed, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
