I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you already hold within you all need to thrive. I’ll support you to tune into your body and the wisdom of your unique lived experience, and together, we’ll identify the tools that support your growth and healing.
As a mixed-race, first-generation settler who grew up in Vancouver, I know what it can feel like not to see your experiences reflected in the world around you. My own journey of understanding identity, belonging, and the impacts of racism and oppression has deeply shaped both my life and my work. Before becoming a therapist, I was a social worker with roots in anti-oppressive practice, and that lens continues to inform how I show up in therapy—with curiosity, humility, and awareness of the many systems and experiences that shape our lives.
I would be honoured to support you wherever you are in your healing journey. Appointments are available for youth, adults, and families, in-person in Vancouver and online across BC.
