Pronouns: She, Hers
Located In: Surrey (British Columbia)
Session Format: Online, Telephone

Bio: I support youth and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, self-worth struggles, family conflict, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients come from immigrant, racialized, or high-pressure family environments and are used to being “the strong one” while quietly struggling underneath.

My approach is warm, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Together, we work toward deeper self-understanding, emotional regulation, healthier patterns, and practical tools that help clients feel more grounded, connected, and like themselves again. I offer culturally responsive, attachment-based counselling that blends warmth, insight, and practical coping strategies. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and emotion-focused approaches to support clients with anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, relationships, emotional overwhelm, and burnout.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to carrying everything on your own. You don’t need to have the perfect words or have it all figured out before reaching out. Sometimes therapy starts with “I honestly don’t even know where to begin,” and that’s completely okay.
