Bio: I am a white-passing Indigiqueer, Trans, and AuDHD practitioner of Métis, Anishinaabe, and German descent. My work is dedicated to 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals and families navigating the complexities of trauma and systemic violence. My framework is explicitly anti-racist and anti-oppressive; I strive to decolonize therapy by honoring the body’s wisdom and our ancestral connections. Outside the session, I am a gardener and land steward, believing that healing happens in reciprocity with the earth. I welcome the messy, the chaotic, and the beautiful struggle of reclaiming our space in a violent world.
