As a woman of colour, daughter, sister, mother, partner and friend, I work from an anti-oppressive and harm reduction lens rooted in lived experience — not just textbooks. I know firsthand how culture, family dynamics, politics, and systems shape our mental health. I welcome all of it into the space. Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, rage, relationships, parenting, substance use, or simply feeling stuck.
I’m here to walk with you through the mess and the magic.
I support youth, adults, couples, and families, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My style is relational, honest, and non-judgmental. I bring in evidence-based tools (like DBT, CBT, Gottman, EFFT), but also trust that you know yourself best. Together, we’ll figure out what actually works for you — not just what “should.”
I’ve worked alongside folks dealing with trauma, mood fluctuations, substance use, caregiving burnout, boundary struggles, and identity questions. I hold space for the tough stuff, but also for joy, creativity, humour, and resilience — because healing isn’t linear and it’s rarely quiet.
If you’re looking for a therapist who can hold complexity, honour your lived experience, and keep it real, let’s connect.
