My work is rooted in a deep respect for the nervous system’s natural capacity to heal. As a Somatic Expression Therapist and artist, I support people in reconnecting with themselves through body awareness, creative expression, and compassionate exploration.
Many of the experiences we carry live not only in our thoughts, but also deep within our nervous systems. In our sessions, we gently slow down and listen to what the body might be holding. I weave together somatic parts work, polyvagal-theory, guided imagery, mindfulness, and art-making. Creative expression can offer a safe and meaningful way to process emotions that may be difficult to access through words alone.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I aim to create a space where your nervous system can settle, where every part of you is welcome, and where healing can unfold at its own pace. Together we explore what is present, while also nourishing the parts of you that are creative, resilient, and whole.
Practices that may be part of our work together include somatic parts work, inner child exploration, expressive art-making, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and vagal toning.
My background includes a BSc in Immunology, an Advanced Diploma in Art Therapy, certification in Integrative Somatic Parts Work and intercultural communication, training in Polyvagal-informed practice, and RYT-200 trauma-informed yoga teacher training.
