Bio: Hello. I’m Tina and I’m so glad you’re here. My approach to counselling is holistic, compassionate and strengths-based. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported.
I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, from early childhood wounds to single-incident events. My primary approach is EMDR, a powerful, evidence based therapy that gently addresses the root of distress and negative self-beliefs. I weave this work with mindfulness, somatics and meditation to support emotional regulation and inner awareness.
I believe that you already carry the wisdom and resilience to grow – my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with clarity, balance and a deeper sense of peace.
