Through Daniela GR Consulting, I offer land-informed, anti-oppressive coaching for changemakers who understand that climate justice and community resilience are inseparable – and that both require us to transform how we relate to each other, to land, and to power.
With 20+ years of frontline crisis experience, I specialize in trauma-informed approaches that help you deepen your relational practice, navigate burnout, and align your daily actions with your values. My coaching is neurodivergent-affirming, rooted in Indigenous land-based wisdom, and designed for people who know that real preparedness isn't about individual survival – it's about collective care.
I also facilitate emergency preparedness workshops for mission-driven organizations, centering inclusive community resilience over fear-based individualism.
