Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, past trauma, or life transitions – with a warm, client-centered approach, I offer a supportive space where individuals of all ages can explore emotions, build insight, and reconnect with their inner healing. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Through the use of painting, collage, sculpture, poetry, drawing, or storytelling, I encourage clients let their creativity lead to discover their own path toward healing and growth.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy nature, music, finding new ways of researching, yoga, and a good cup of coffee.
I’m currently accepting new clients virtual sessions across Canada for art therapy ( please note – some restrictions may apply to provinces depending on provincial regulations specific to your area).
