Bio: Hi I’m Joss, a certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT with trauma informed training and TTC’s in Womb Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I specifically apply yoga tools (postures, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more) to address your physical, mental, and emotional needs.
You might think of yoga as a physical practice all about stretching or movement.
But Yoga Therapy is quite a different offering!
I use a combination of therapeutic somatic-based techniques to help you become more mindful of your body, emotions, habits, and thoughts.
My style is gentle, trauma-informed, and active-healing. I’m hear to help you feel seen and heard as you navigate your journey to feeling you best.
I specialize in supporting women’s health which encompasses chronic pain, illness, mental health, womb illness, and more.
