Accepting New Clients
There have been moments in my life when I felt out of place; too overwhelmed, too anxious, too alone. If any of that echoes your experience, I want you to know this: what you feel is valid, and change is possible. Many people I work with navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, identity questions, relationship or attachment stress, or the chronic strain of masking. When life becomes heavier than expected, therapy can offer a steadier place to land and a way to ease what you carry.
My approach integrates relational therapy, EMDR, ACT, and somatic work, grounded in a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed lens. I support individuals and couples, neurodivergent adults, BIPOC and first-generation clients, survivors of complex trauma, and anyone who has long felt unseen or disconnected.
I offer in-person, virtual, and phone sessions to help you show up as you are, masked or unmasked, and feel safe in the process. If a part of you feels hesitant, that’s completely normal. We will move gently, follow the pace your nervous system can hold, and create space for connection, clarity, and a life, individually or in partnership, that feels more like home.
