Therapy can be a powerful space to explore who you are and how the world has shaped you. As a therapist-in-training committed to anti-oppressive practice, I hold space with empathy, cultural humility, and care.
I support racialized teens, adults, and couples working through anxiety, disordered eating, low self-worth, and relational trauma. I know firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help. My approach is rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT, Adlerian theory, and strength-based work, and I tailor our sessions to honour your unique identity, strengths, and lived experiences.
I’m completing my Master of Psychotherapy at Adler Graduate Professional School and hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Guelph. I welcome you to reach out for a consultation, it would be an honour to support your healing.
