
As a second-generation Chinese Canadian, I understand the complexities of moving between cultures, balancing family expectations, and finding belonging in more than one world. I know the silent negotiations that many of us carry, and I bring that understanding into the therapy room with care and compassion.
My approach is gentle and collaborative, drawing on person-centred, mindfulness-based, and somatic-informed practices, alongside evidence-based therapies such as ACT, EFT, and SFBT. Together, we’ll explore your story, build on your strengths, and move toward healing and connection.
