I’m Zarifa (she/her).

I’m a second-generation immigrant, living on the traditional lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh people.

I have a background in integration and somatic therapy. I support individuals in the context of their communities and relationships, through transitions, grief, and in the tender work of making meaning of change.

I have navigated experiences in cultural identity and belonging and have travelled many paths through the complexity of being. My approach is grounded in compassion and the internal wisdom of our bodies.

Above all, I offer space to return to self while honouring the truths that have moved through generations to make you.
