Bio: I provide a space for your story to be heard and held with compassion, care, and gentle curiosity. I believe therapy is a mutual and collaborative process grounded in genuine connection, trust, safety, and a commitment to seeing one another in our wholeness—we are more than our trauma or our current challenge. We are a people with a rich history, ancestral wisdom, and embodied knowledge. We also have joy, dreams, and an innate ability to heal. I come to this work with the understanding that healing is nourished through connection, community, justice, and collective liberation. As a liberation-oriented therapist, I invite conversations on how structures of oppression and ongoing systemic harm shape our beliefs, affect our relationships, and impact our lived experiences. My practice is rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, anti-racist, and anti-colonial approaches. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates both cognitive and embodied processes to healing. I also welcome cultural, ancestral, and spiritual methods of healing that resonate with you, and I am dedicated to collaborating on an approach that feels most meaningful to you.
