Bio: Most people I work with feel stuck. They’re aware that there’s more inside them, but feel unable to access it. Survival, trauma, or cultural pressures have distanced them from their inner life. They may overthink, shut down, or feel alienated from their creativity. In our work together, we go beyond coping skills. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and experience real change in how you relate to emotions, others, and yourself. Therapy with me is collaborative and experiential. I believe that change happens through new experiences of safety and connection. Clients often tell me they appreciate my warmth, honesty, and the way I gently challenge them to see things in new ways. My style is engaged and thoughtful: I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also help you move toward the life and relationships you want. My background as a Palestinian has shaped my understanding of change and resilience. I know how powerful it can be to be met with care. Together, we’ll work on rediscovering yourself beneath fear or self-doubt and begin to live from a steadier, more grounded place again.
