Bio: I believe that our minds and bodies work so hard to protect us. When we have experienced difficult things in the past, we developed protective patterns to get through it. I work primarily with people whose protective patterns come in the forms of anxiety, being aware of the needs or opinions of others, or having difficulty sharing or identifying their own feelings and needs.
Together, we hold space for the different parts of who you are. Through approaches grounded in mindfulness (like Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), we hold a space of gentleness where you can begin to be curious about these different patterns, and create space for a life that honours the fullness of who you are.
