Bio: Therapy can be a space to slow down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationships, identity, and belonging. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, capable people who appear to be managing well but feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or exhausted inside.

You may find yourself carrying a lot, being hard on yourself, struggling to set boundaries, or wondering why familiar patterns keep showing up despite how much you understand about yourself.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or trying to “fix” what feels difficult, we can explore what may be happening underneath and develop a greater understanding of the patterns that have helped you cope or protect yourself.

Culture, family, identity, intergenerational expectations, and lived experience are also welcome in our work together. Together, we explore what matters most and work toward greater insight, balance, and self-understanding.
