As a neurodivergent, multi-racial person of Southeast Asian and Arab descent, my work is grounded in an intersectional, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive approach. I primarily support racialized, neurodivergent, and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals navigating identity, mental health, disability, and the impacts of systemic and relational stress.
In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to move at your own pace.
My approach is flexible and human — not rigid or overly clinical — making room for honesty, humour, and real connection, even alongside the harder moments.
If something here resonates, you’re welcome to reach out and we can see if working together feels right.
