I work with adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity, relationships, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent, queer, trans and gender-diverse, and racialized folks who may have spent years feeling misunderstood, “too much,” or like they needed to fit into someone else’s idea of who they should be.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, culturally responsive, and liberation-oriented. I draw from somatic, parts-informed, compassion-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive approaches, adapting therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into a particular model. I’m interested in understanding the protective patterns that helped you survive, the ways your nervous system responds to the world, and what might make more room for choice, authenticity, and connection.
Therapy with me can be serious without taking ourselves too seriously. In our sessions together, there will always be room for humour, curiosity, weirdness, and the messy parts of being human.
If something here resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
