Hi, I’m Rachel (she/her). I’m a Registered Counsellor and Certified Life Skills Coach. I’m a second generation Hong Kong Canadian settler, a proud auntie, wife and dancer who strives to live life fully. People have described me as honest, grounded and soulful.
My practice is named Pacific Path in honour of my ancestors and those who seek to create and rebuild a better life for themselves and future generations. As a bicultural person, I intentionally centre therapy for BIPOC, diaspora identities and allies.
I strive to be a welcoming and encouraging anchor. I take a flexible, collaborative approach, attuning to what feels most supportive in your process, so you can feel more connected to yourself and supported in the changes you’re longing for. We start by clarifying your needs, then build a foundation to support your wellbeing and evolve with your journey.
Our time together is to slow down and tend to what’s been overlooked with curiosity and compassion. I understand healing is non-linear and can be an arduous path as someone who has lived with complex trauma. Yet I also believe most of us carry a quiet strength and resiliency that can be empowered through genuine support and solidarity.
I’d be honoured to hear from you. Feel free to browse my website, or reach out directly to set up a free meet and greet to see if working together feels right for you.
