Bio: Deciding to begin healing takes great resilience, strength and trust that healing is possible. My personal, academic, and professional experiences have shaped my commitment to supporting and uplifting others. For over fourteen years, I have worked in community within the areas of accessibility, education, health, housing and the criminal justice system, advocating to ensure that people feel heard, valued, and understood. Too often, our challenges are overlooked and who we are becomes generalized. I am committed to co-creating spaces where you are confident that your wholeness is welcomed and acknowledged entirely and without limits. I take an anti-oppressive, decolonial, and trauma-informed approach that centers trust, safety, and collaboration. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Parts Work (IFS), Strength-Based approaches, and other modalities to support clients navigating grief, trauma, identity, racial and systemic oppression, anxiety, neurodiversity and life transitions. In all that I do, I am guided by empathy and humility. If anything you have read resonates with you, please do not hesitate to reach out. Even if I am not the best fit for you, I am happy to support you in finding a clinician who is!
