Bio: Going home can sometimes feel like the hardest part of the day. You feel misunderstood, disconnected, or like you’re letting people down. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or the constant pressure to figure out who you are and what comes next. It can feel overwhelming when the only option seems to be finding ways to escape reality. I get it. Both my personal and professional experiences have shaped how I show up for you. Being a teenager or young adult means navigating endless expectations, cultural pressures, school and social stress, and questions about identity—all while feeling like no one truly understands. In our work together, you’ll have a safe, judgment-free space to be yourself, explore your struggles, and learn healthier ways to cope and move forward. And if you’re a parent, I know how difficult it can be to watch your child struggle while also carrying the weight of daily responsibilities. You may be doing everything you can and still feel stuck. Therapy is not just a space for your teen; it can also be a space for you to unload, reset, and learn new ways to strengthen your relationship with your child. Together, we’ll work toward creating hope, resilience, and connection, so you and your family don’t have to carry this alone.
