Bio: You deserve to be seen and heard, not just for what you achieve, but for who you are. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who feel pressure to keep it all together, even while struggling with anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt beneath the surface. They may be navigating family or cultural expectations, while quietly feeling like they are never quite “enough.

As a second-generation Asian-Canadian, I am passionate about supporting individuals exploring the complexities of cultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, and the pressures that can arise from navigating multiple cultural worlds. Many of the people I work with have spent years holding things in or feeling like they need to manage everything on their own. I offer a space where clients can unpack these experiences with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Together we can explore patterns that feel stuck and develop ways to move through pressure, self-doubt, and uncertainty with greater clarity and self-trust. My approach is strengths-based, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals.

I also work closely with athletes and high achievers who are ready to untangle their relationship with performance, perfectionism, and self-worth. Together, we work on building a more secure sense of identity and worth that isn’t solely tied to productivity or external validation. I provide mental performance support for athletes navigating anxiety, confidence challenges, fear of failure, and burn out.

Outside of the counselling room, I enjoy cooking, spending time with loved ones, and watching musicals. These moments help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and joy in everyday life.
