Bio: I offer a supportive and reflective space for individuals who are navigating the everyday challenges and complexities of life. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, anger, or simply looking for a place to pause and reconnect with yourself, I am here to help. My goal is to provide a calm and compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you make sense of what you are going through.

My counselling approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. I believe that meaningful change begins with compassionate self-awareness, and that healing is a process of reconnecting with your strengths, values, and inner wisdom. Together, we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to better understand what might be keeping you feeling stuck and how to move toward greater balance and ease.

I work with adults from all walks of life who are seeking clarity, growth, and emotional well-being. Some of the areas I support include managing stress and anxiety, navigating life transitions, improving relationships and communication, addressing feelings of self-doubt or overwhelm, and rediscovering purpose and direction. I also work with clients who are adjusting to midlife changes, parenting, career shifts, or evolving identities and roles.

You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and therapy can be a meaningful way to create lasting change in your life. I offer a free in-person or virtual consultation, up to one hour, so you can get a sense of what it might feel like to work together. If you are ready to take the next step toward greater clarity and connection, I invite you to reach out and begin this process at your own pace.
