Bio: Life can feel overwhelming at times, and seeking support takes courage. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I offer a warm, collaborative, and client-centered space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I believe that each person is a unique individual and the expert of their own life. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care. My work is rooted in the belief that a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation for growth and healing. I offer counselling to adults experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. I can support you with issues related to work, school, interpersonal relationships, relationship loss, or life transition. I offer trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care in my therapy. I recognize how cultural identity, systemic barriers, and lived experiences shape who we are, and I honor that in the therapeutic process. I am a trained EMDR therapist, draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. You don’t have to go through this alone. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with intention. If you feel we might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.
