Bio: I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, holding a Master’s in Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Indigenous Health. With over eight years of experience in mental health and social services, I support children, youth, adults, and families navigating complex mental health challenges, life transitions, and grief.

My approach is grounded in trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and client‑centred care. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and non‑judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative, strengths‑based, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals.

As a member of the Indo‑Fijian diaspora, I bring a multicultural lens to my work and thoughtfully address intergenerational trauma, identity, and cross‑cultural experiences. I integrate evidence‑based modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Emotion‑Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), narrative therapy, solution‑focused therapy, attachment‑based work, inner‑child healing, and grief and bereavement counselling.

I am passionate about reducing barriers to care and supporting clients in building resilience, self‑understanding, and meaningful change.

Languages: English and Fijian Hindi (with understanding of other Hindi dialects)
