Bio: I’m a Registered Social Worker in good standing in both BC and Ontario, with a Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary (Clinical Specialization). As a cisgender, heterosexual settler woman raised in a South Asian immigrant family, I hold the understanding that the personal is political—our inner experiences are inseparable from the social, cultural, and historical systems we move through. My work is rooted in curiosity about how these intersecting layers shape our identities, relationships, and sense of self. I offer a space for insight, reflection, and reconnection—with yourself and the parts of you that have worked hard to adapt and survive. I believe healing emerges through understanding, compassion, and the rediscovery of our own inner wisdom. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and relational, trauma-informed approaches to support clients in deepening self-understanding and fostering transformation. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
