My lived experience and training in trauma processing, relationships and somatic therapy has equipped me with the skills to create a safe and supportive environment to heal and grow. By using evidenced based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy I can help you process experiences, regain balance in your life and develop healthier connections with yourself and those around you.
