Bio: Navigating life, work, relationships, and the many roles we embody can often feel like a complex balancing act. My work supports adults who are tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns – in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. As an immigrant with global work experience, I also recognise the challenges that come with navigating life in a new culture – be it grappling with feelings of isolation, cultural adjustment, or working through unique life stressors. On our therapeutic journey together, we can collaboratively explore your needs with curiosity, compassion, cultural sensitivity and creativity. Focus Areas: Depression, anxiety, stress, immigration/settlement, life transitions, self-esteem, shame, grief, cultural identity, and interpersonal challenges. My approach to therapy is person-centred, integrative, and relational. I also welcome an exploration of the body-mind connection and somatic awareness through the lens of dance/movement therapy. Taking the first step towards therapy is a courageous decision. If you are looking to deepen your self-awareness, enhance your coping skills, and cultivate a more balanced, meaningful life, it would be my honour to journey with you. You deserve to be heard and supported.
