As a second-generation Chinese-Canadian woman, I understand the complexities of holding multiple identities and the tensions that can arise when navigating cultural norms, family dynamics, and societal expectations. These experiences shape how I show up in the therapy room—with cultural humility, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
My therapeutic approach is person-centred and narrative-based, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. Together, we can explore patterns that no longer serve you and begin to reauthor a narrative rooted in your values, strengths, and agency. Whether you’re working through intergenerational stress, burnout, identity shifts, or relational conflict, I aim to co-create a safe and affirming space where your voice is heard—without judgment.
My background in the non-profit sector has further deepened my compassion for those navigating structural and emotional barriers. I believe in your resilience, and I approach our work together from a place of empathy, collaboration, and care.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy playing volleyball, reading, and discovering new restaurants in the GTA with friends. I carry my belief in the importance of connection into every aspect of my work.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. Let’s explore whether therapy feels like the right step for you.
