With authenticity, I strive to build a collaborative relationship with my clients to empower them to tap into their inner strengths and resilience as they navigate their unique paths toward healing and growth.
I have a holistic approach to mental wellness and appreciate the importance of mental, emotional, physical, spiritual aspects of our lives for developing a heathy mind and body. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as person centred, attachment based therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EFT, and Gottman couples therapy.Over the past 15 years I have worked with non-profit agencies in different capacities supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Through my work and life experiences, I have gained knowledge and experience in supporting my clients through anxiety, depression, attachment injuries, grief, trauma, family/relationship discord, parenting, and life transition.
